Even if your child has not yet attained the age of 18 months, you can still meet the eligibility criteria for support visit program, which offers you support and resources available depending on your needs and your situation. We also offer the home visit program during which we can provide guidance and ressources tailored to your needs and situation. In addition you can join our parent-child groups which can help combat isolation and provide new experience while you wait for your child to ba able to join the respite group.

Family Support Team services are available to your family for as long as you need us. Although the relief service is only offered for the children aged 18 months to 5 years, you will still be able to benefit from the support visit program, regardless of the age of your child.
